*Bond retirement included bonds for
the Ella Canavan addition, building A.I. Root Middle School, building
H.G. Blake Elementary, additions and renovations to Medina High School,
and the purchase of future building sites.
Because state law says a school district can collect only
the dollar amount of any voted levy, millage has been rolled
back and Medina taxpayers are actually paying about half of the
mills voters have approved for school levies through the years.
