MHS Orchestra members selected for 2008 OMEA All State and Region Orchestra

Congratulations to violinists Joshua Huang, Sara Deliberato, Kate Nickley, Melina LoPresti, cellist Lauren Purdy and oboist Michael Stegmaier on being selected to perform with the OMEA Northeast Ohio Region Orchestra. Students are selected by audition, will rehearse over a period of two weekends and present a concert on November 2^nd at 3:30 pm in Waetjen Auditorium on the campus of Cleveland State University under the direction of Dr. Harold Levin.

Joshua Huang and Sara Deliberato were also selected for the OMEA All-State Orchestra with Kate Nickley chosen as an alternate. The OMEA All-State Orchestra will perform in Columbus at the OMEA Professional Conference in January, 2009.
