* SAT II subject tests are
required by some institutions for admission and/or placement in freshman
courses
* Subject tests measure the student's knowledge in a specific subject and the
ability to apply that knowledge
* Check with specific colleges and universities to determine which tests are
required: generally, the student takes three subject tests: 1 English, 1
Mathematics and 1 other test.
* Students on a 504 Plan or I.E.P. which specifies accommodations should pick
up the nonstandard test registration envelope in the HUB. See your
counselor for 504 questions or your lead teacher for I.E.P. questions.
