This year we have done away with the pink Planned Absence form for college visits and vacations and we would like to remind you what the Attendance Procedure is:

s Parents/Guardians are responsible for notifying the Attendance Office when their son/daughter is going to be absent. Please call 330-636-3206 or 330-636-3208 with the student’s name, date(s) of absence, and reason why.

s This information will appear on the daily attendance report.

s The student is still responsible for contacting teachers regarding assignments that will be missed during his/her absence.

s Remember to bring a letter or parking pass from the college to the Attendance Office to confirm a college visit.
