This source is intended for young adult to adult viewers. It includes a lot of video, photos, and interviews about squids and giant squids. It is about an hour in length. It addresses the topic of giant squids in very broad terms in that it does not provide very much information about giant squids specifically, but more about the habits and lifestyles of all squids in general. It becomes more specific and narrow near the end when it describes using sperm whales as guides to giant squid haunts. It is organized in the form of a movie, from very broad and general facts to more specific and important. This is an effective source because it provides a lot of information about all types of squids as well as giving background information about the myth surrounding giant squids. It is also very interesting because it goes into depth about how researchers have tried to locate giant squids using sperm whales.
